no not online but in store. im not sure if preorders get first priority. i have a feeling they will put them on the shelves and itll be a first come first serve, even though people preorders anyone know exactly what happens?
I'm kinda pissed how Target isn't doing a good deal as Frys on the Pokemon games. As for your question I'm pretty sure they will have a couple behind the counter for pre-orders.
