Anyone with lan adapter? help with a question

ive been using my pc modem for the wii for a few days, now when i hook it back to the pc the connection aint workin? Anyone know what it could be?

when you plug it back into the pc you will have to restart the modem

You should pick up the Nintendo LAN adapter for your Wii.

man go wire whit the lan adapter.wireless conn. cant compare i usin one and never have problem.
