Apparently not every store keeps a calendar handy. I bought Pokemon today.

I don't know if I would get modded for saying the name of the store, so I won't for now. I was casually looking around the games section of a certain store when I noticed something interesting the the display case. Needless to say, I brought home Pokemon White for me and Black for my sister. March 5th is a good ole fanshioned "close enough".

Yeah, they were in a display case, so I figured maybe they put them out early to let people know they were coming out tomorrow. But even that would be odd. They had a price and everything on them. I filled out a merchandise request form and they got those suckers right out of the cage. After I had successfully purchased them I thought about telling them they were a day early, but then I figured I'd better not. I don't think they would have taken the games back from me but I wasn't going to risk it.

I also decided against telling them because it was a major company store. Someone could have lost their job over that ha ha.

What store was this? and where?

That's where I got it. How are they getting away with selling it a week early? Nintendo's been crazy about censorship with these games, you'd think they'd be on top of something like that.

Yeah I just saw them in another certain store and I regreted that I pre ordered from a website.

I could have gotten mine a few days ago but I didn't feel like going out :P

I got it a day early as well. My local game store usually have their games out a day early.
