I have not come across any, and I haven't heard of any. Maybe call of duty for ds has sniping options? I haven't played it yet though.
There is one coming out.. not sure if it comes out, outside of Japa though.. Last Bullet or something like that i think it was called.
The closest one I can think of is GTA Chinatown Wars, there's some missions & rampages that deals with the sniper rifle.
COD WAW, COD Mod Warfare, Bros. In ArmsDSand GTA all have sniper missions but I don't know of any proper sniper games.
