Yes, I'm picking it up today. Some reviews I've read indicate that it is quite superior to the 360 original (graphics excepted, of course). The touch screen controls allow much better manipulation of the game and everything appears to be accessible via a single button. While I enjoyed the 360 version, the control pad was not a very good way of using the game and the loading was a bit too much. It looks like all of these problems have been sorted in the DS version.
Ok, so I picked it up at lunch time today. Have played for about an hour and my first impressions are that the game is an almost exact port of the 360 version, albeit with less graphics. The controls are superb and make the game much more playable than the 360 version. I cannot overstate how much the touch controls improve the gameplay. Very well done indeed.
I would if I had the money. But I have the 360 version, so I'll stick to playing with that. I'm still mad that my game keeps freezing 5 seconds into loading my garden.
