Bad Games Fro The D.S.

and there are plenty of people who like madden games for the ds. and the ds has fine graphics for what it is trying to do. it is not a technical showcase it if for having fun. and please try to be clearer when you say something. most of what you said is a jumbled mess. thanks

It's funny that so many people are considering gameplay first and graphics second, especially on this forum. Know why? cause if the people here really liked 3D much more than gameplay, they would have gotten a PSP, not DS.

Tao's Adventure is an example of a worst game on the DS for me. 3D: yes. RPG: yes. Incredibly boring and repetitive with horrible gameplay: yes.

I thought NSMB was incredibly lame. It was only good the first time through. It didn't have much replayability. Also the game was 3d it just played like a 2d game. They need to do more of that kind of stuff.

I'll have to agree with this one. It was one of the most over rated games I have ever played. Easy, short, uninspired level design, worthless new power ups, no replayability and rehashed mini games from Mario 64 DS(an absolute superior title).

Nintendo decided to go with innovation over graphical capability and they won the handheld war by a long shot, but the point that alot of people missing are games need a healthy medium between great gameplay and engaging graphics. Sub-par graphics don't make bad games, but considering today's standards, there is no denying it detracts from them.
