Order Up is not a cooking simulation, is a "deliver food orders" simulator.
The other food-related game I know is Grill-Off with the Ultra Hand. It's a Club Nintendo exclusive Wiiware game, but it isnt a cooking simulator either. It's a fast-paced arcade style "meat grabbing" game.
you still cook food in "Order Up" though... it might not be a simulator, but its still a cooking game where you have to simulate the steps to cooking specific dishes.
