Pokemon always lasts 200 hours or so if your really dead set on catching them all. if your not a fan of pokemon, my pick would go to Mario and Luigi Partners in Time or FF3
this topic's probably gonna get locked cuz its a recommendation question (right?) but to answer ur question, pokemon diamond/pearl lasted me the longest and it was fun for a long time

That's a very bad option,it's like 9~10 hours with zero replay value.
Bleach DS: Blade of Fate has the greatest replay value, with it's wi-fi play. The only the game that I've played long is Mega Man Starforce: Leo and Lunar Knights
