I have one, but it charges, turns off, charges, turns off, then goes off untill I unplug it and plug it back in. I got it for .68 cents on Amazon, a DSi charger for the 3DS. Which charger (for the DSi) would work with the 3DS? Should I get a DSi XL charger? Do they sell seperate 3DS chargers? Links would be appreciated.
The fact that it is $.68 says something. Are you sure you didn't buy a knockoff? Also, I'm not 100% sure, but i think the charger that comes with the DSi XL works also with the 3DS.

Well,i suggest you to buy a Nintendo 3DS Charger for your 3DS console.you shouldn't use the DSi charger on your 3DS console,it may do harm to your 3DS,here is an online store-- digitopz i have just received a 3ds car charger from there it works well on my 3DS.....

its the same charger dude, both systems have the same charge port its not gonna hurt anything.
