Depends on what you are looking at. If you were looking at the best overall it would probably be LoZ:TP or SMG or Brawl. But these games are all good in there own style. TP is the best Adventure/Fantasy Game I have played. SMG is th best Platform Game i have played and I havent yet played SSBB but it sounds like one of the best fighting games out.
Brawl is good, but it is too thin with online gameplay and is too much like Melee. It doesn't advance the series much. Mine would be Galaxy. It is the best 3d platformer of all time. Zelda TP and MK Wii are close though.
For the record, SSBB, SMG, Zelda TP, and MK Wii are the best 4 titles on the Wii- hands down.

My favorites are Super Paper Mario, Smash Bros, No More Heroes, and Super Mario Galaxy. Those are all amazing games. It's too hard to say which is the best because everyone has their own opinions.
Its hard for me to choose just one because Super Mario Galaxy, Zelda TP, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl are all really good and I can't decide which one I like the best.
Metroid Prime 3 and Zelda TP are the only two games that I've had multiple play throughs on so far for wii. Of the two, I've played through Metroid Prime three times and Zelda twice.
I still consider Twilight Princess a Gamecube game because thats the system it was designed for.
Yeah, but it's still on the Wii. So maybe you should consider it a Gamecube game that got ported to the Wii. So The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess(GCN) is a Gamecube game, and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess(Wii) is a Wii game.
