RPG - I have yet to play an RPG on the DS that I really enjoyed. Mario & Luigi is probably the best one, but it couldn't hold my interest that long. Good RPGs is really something the DS lacks.

Platformer - New Super Mario Bros.

Strategy - Advance Wars: Dual Strike (the only one I've played).

Sport - I'm not playing sport games on the DS..

Race - Mario Kart DS.

RPG- Lost Magic

Platformer-Castlevania series (pick one)

Strategy- FF Tactics A2 (fan of this series before Disgaea, otherwise a tie)

Sport- Tony Hawk Sk8land

Race-Ford Racing Challenge 3 :)

RPG - Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time

Platformer - New Super Mario Bros.

Strategy - Advance Wars: Dual Strike

Sport - Madden 09

Race -  Mario Kart DS

RPG - The World Ends with You. Best Rpg ever in my opinion.

Platformer - Mario 64, though I haven't dipped into many platformers. 

Strategy - Panzer Tactics

Sport - No opinion since I haven't played any

Race - Again no experience in this category.

Puzzle- Proffesor Layton

I agree with all that except Partners in Time. Too short, too easy, and a horrible story. Also whatever genre PH is in it should top. :P And great choice at Kirby > NSMB. NSMB was a huge disapponitment and Canvas Curse was real amazing.

Yeah the DS is this gen's PS2 when it comes to RPG's.

There was a remake of the first Dragon Warrior on the DS?? Or Did you mean to say Dragon Quest/Warrior 4?
