Everybody's gonna say WarioWare. It has a fun single player as well as a very fun multiplayer that supports up to 12 players. If you have 3 other friends that are willing to play, then you'll have a great time.
True dat! I heard it was a pretty good one from my homie, I never played it period, but I'll believe him. Check out that game, hopefully you and your friends will enjoy it too.
Right now for me its tied between Wii Sports and Madden. I think I'd have to give it to Madden, just because of the crazy awesome-ness that is the 2 on 2 .
