I'd have to say Pokemon DS too... (clocked over 90 hrs so far) Not many good rpgs on the DS yet...Â
But if its a game with rpg elements... Castlevania is great!
Hopefully the 3rd party rpgs that are comin up are good..
C-C-C-Contact! Don't get me wrong, I'm playing Pokemon and havin' quite a bit of fun, but it's the same story I played back in 7th grade is all. But then, maybe the fact that they've got me buying multiple iterations of essentially the same game is testament to its quality.ricothehat
ContacT? Really? Only vaguely heard about it. So it's worth the ten bucks for a used copy?

I know you're kidding cause few people who played that game really enjoyed it, let alone think it to be the best RPG on the DS. Contact is probably worth $10, but nothing more. Â
[QUOTE="asdfpo"]Well, since Baldurs Gate is in development, the answer to this question might changeshogoh
Baldur's Gate for the DS? Is that real?Â
I'd also like to hear if this is true. I'm playing FFIII, and its great so far, but for someone whos never played Pokemon and never really had a interest in the series, is Pokemon D/P really that good? Should I give it a try?
well I should said FFIII AND etrian odyssey... I have to confess that I buy mi ds mostly for the FF games (FFIII,IV, chocobo, RW, CC & tactics advance 2) but I find in EO a real challenge for RPG gamers!!!!
by the way I'm not in pokemon... Is the same thing since GB's pokemon blue/red!!!!!(almost 10 years) maybe everybody will hate me for say this but I hardly consider pokemon a rpg....

Haha, I'm really not kidding. The game had its flaws...of which there were many...but so many things set a general tone for the game that I really did enjoy. Admittedly it probably won't go over well with everybody, and because there are things that I genuinely enjoyed about it, the mistakes bother me even more. It's like getting a scratch on your new car, but then you look at the scratch and it's really nine inches deep and somehow prevents the car from running as well as it should. That...that was a really bad metaphor, so I'll pull the plug on myself before I ramble more. But it is worth the ten bucks for a used copy.Â
