Use a microfiber cloth. They're usually used to clean glasses lenses because they don't scratch the surface.

Use a micro fiber cloth. I wouldn't use any cleaning fluid on the touch screen personally.

I use earbuids for those hard to reach places. I'm considering using a toothpick to clean the edges ( the teeny narrow space between the plastic and the console I mean ).

Edited : Just used the toothpicks to clean that narrow bit between the DS and the plastic container. Works fine. :D

I use the microfiber cleaning cloth sold at Lenscrafters for cleaning eye glasses and it works great.

For those little clusters of dirt in the corners, use a tooth pick.

I always make sure that my DS gets clean in the washing machine every week.

I'm kidding! I use paper towels and windex on the screens, works well.
