Even though it's a cash-in, I somewhat like Final Fantasy 4: The Years After so far. I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10 thus far. Also, other ones to look into:
Super Meat Boy
And Yet It Moves
World of Goo
Mega Man 9
Mega Man 10
Machinima
Castlevania Adventure Rebirth
Contra Rebirth
Gradius Rebirth
Blaster Master Overdrive
Virtual Console games you should definetly get
Super Metroid
Zelda A Link to the Past
Sonic 2
Zelda Ocarina of Time
Super Mario 3
Super Mario World
Paper Mario
Mario RPG

In terms of music, maybe. I find the platforming and graphics have aged the most out of all three games and the overworld map is just plain clunky. That and the level design is really showing its age and the Rare of the time being obsessed with its one two three style (one bee, then two bees, then hey, three bees). Plus, the boss battles are awful. Second is the best, and the third is basically some more of that again, and is still a lot of fun to play. A lot of variety in the levels, too, and some actual challenge. But maybe it's just me.[QUOTE="knuckl3head"][QUOTE="DJ_Lae"]-Donkey Kong Country 2 -Donkey Kong Country 3 DJ_Lae

I will have to add on the the agreeable love for Diddys Kong Quest, one of my favorite games of all time really
