Big Shout out for Nintendo

I just wanted every one to know how great nintendo are

My ds lite console broke about a week ago with very common breaks cracks in hinge and stick L and R button. I live about halfan hour away from the place where i was suppoed to send my ds for a repair so i decided to go in person save on the postage :). Any way when i got there these really hot nintedo reps came out and just gave me a new ds :D !!! AWSOME Nintendo FTW. Great customer service or what?

I have one problem with that. Gas money costs more than postage. :o

If your DS is under warranty they cover shipping both ways.

anyways, thats pretty cool. if you had a nice car, you could have taken them to a romantic candlelit dinner LOL

yeah, their customer service is awesome. Back in May, my DS was having problems, it would turn on and off automatically. I sent it into Nintendo, they couldn't figure out whatwas wrong with my DS, so they sent me a new one. (probably a refurbished one, but still awesome)

HAHAHAHAHA thats great i agree he prolly still dreams about them i bet their eyes met when they handed him the box and they saw sparks... jk but anyway i gotta send my new red/black one in cause i REFUSE to have a dead pixl.

a year but because ive got my new one now theyve given me another year on it so :D
