Yeah theres some difference,

1. it looks better

2. the controls are awesome for it

3. you have more places and missions

4. you can have hit squads with help alot and makes things easier

if you are thinking of getting it then you should its very fun

I think some extra content and new controlls is about it.  But I haven't played it yet so I'm not sure.
