Heh, this is VERY encouraging! I really hope the Wii Bleach game does as well as this one! ^_^ I wasn't sure about getting it but I might actually do it now! ^_^
the jump games are fun as well, but they don't have the depth that bleach has, its kindof like comparing smash to street fighter 3rd strike, yes smash is a great and fun game, but not nearly as complex as street fighter 3rd strike. i prolly just started a flame war for saying that, but ohh well, its the truth
I got the import, so I won't need this one. But IGN is right...it is the best fighting game on the DS. THe problem is, it's the only fighting game on the DS. But the good is, it's one of the best fighting games on any platform.
Someone just mentioned that this is a slightly updated version of the japanese game...is that true?? If it is it must be an update of the first Bleach though right? What I had heard was this is just an English version of that firast Bleach. I know it's probably a great game but alot of people who imported Bleach2 in the last 6 months or so may be reluctant to go back and play an earlier version translated or not.
Well, I'm not really surprised considering the really good feedback from importers who got the Japanese version of the game but still, it's good to hear that nothing was messed up in translation! ^_^
a game based on an anime that's actually good... This is madness!!! jk, but seriously though, this would probably be the first anime based game that's actually good. Naruto games are crap, inuyasha games are crap, all most all of dbz games are crap (exception of the tengenta tabutikai????? idk how to spell it), and rest of them were crap, but i might look into this game.
the comparisonbetween bleach and street fighter and jump ultimate stars and super smash brothers was very clever... but i think jus is more fun (i have jus and played my friends bleach game), but thats just my opinion.anywaysim gonna pick this game up asap...
Does the bleach game have anglish voices? or an option to turn the voices to the japanese ones (like the naruto 360 game has, best. decision. ever.) if so thats bad, very bad.
Also doesn't anyone think the ability to do special moves with the touch screen take the fun out of the game?

You would have started a flame war if I was in a bad mood, but I'll let you off the hook, THIS TIME. just kidding. I've played both JUS and Bleach DS 1 and 2. I agree with this comparison a lot. Bleach DS has more depth in the actual fighting system, but JUS has so many fighters that there is a certain level of depth that comes with the territory. Personally, I prefer JUS
