Blind in one eye

Hello everyone

As you see in the topic I'm blind on my left eye, have been since I was born. So this means that I obviosly can't see 3D:P.

So I want to ask you guys : Is it still worth getting the 3DS even if I can't see any 3D effects?

Yeah i guess. It's still a great game machine with good graphics and great games.

I usually don't really use the 3D, so i guess it's not much of a problem.

But i can only speak for myself though. I don't care about the 3D, but for the games and graphics.

I'd say yes. The games are still good, even though not in 3D mode. There are not a whole lot of good 3DS games out yet, though, but from the look of things, they will come. I currently own Ocarina of Time, Street Fighter IV, Mario Kart 7, Pushmo and a few other retro games, and I think the purchase was worth it. So if there are a few games out right now, and a few upcoming ones that you want, go for it.

Absolutely, it's got a great selection of games. As for the 3d effect, well it was nice the first few games, but I'm already tired of it so no biggie.

The graphics are still really nice looking even w/o 3D. Apparently, the frame rate even improves in some games but that is something I never much worried about. It is practically worth it's current price just to play DS and eStore games anyway.

Of course! The game catalogue just keeps getting better every month.

I'm a launch day owner and I almost always play with 3d off.
