I just went to my local EB to preorder brawl and they reckon its coming out June 1st. Thats a whole month earlier than europe....has anyone else been told this? It just seemed a bit random thats all
EB usually just chucks out a dummy date or price if they're not sure of something. They're currently pricing Wii Fit at $300 here in NZ do you see what I mean?

I'm in NZ and when I asked at my local EB a month or so ago, the guy there said it would hopefully be released on 1st June.
I think it's a date that EB are using because it's right in the middle of the year and another thing is that June 1st is a Sunday, which is often not a day when games are released :(
Games only (if not, most of the time) come out on Thursdays. June 1st is a Sunday. Not only that but if an unconfirmed release date is down for the 1st or the 30th they're normally just trying to say "It's coming out around that month"
It better come out soon though. I can't connect to random Brawls online with my import copy because all the players are too far away.

The freeloader is freaking awesome ae :D My wii is in for repairs atm but I can't wait to tuck into Okami in the mean-time I'll just have to settle for playing smash on a rental wii
eb games only guess around the date of time. im seeing it more likely to be around europes realese date, maybe a week before since we get it straight from japan dont we and its less time to ship?
