After unlocking all stages and characters, I seriously feel that I had more fun playing melee. I takes forever to get a KO, and everyone seems to get back on the stage more easily. In melee, fighters were launched horizontly and in brawl the fighters get launched vertically. The game is SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW compared to melee. When fox does his right smash it sounds like he's throwing up. They took out wavedashing, I couldn't care less, but dashdancing, thats was easy to do. They made the gameplay easy, so its less fun for me, in fact its kinda boring. I will still play brawl with my freinds online but, to me melee was way better gameplay wise.

I am so glad it's more like the N64 one. I played a little of melee a long time ago and I hated how fast it was.

I don't know if Iam right but I think N64Sb was faster than brawl, I would have to track it down.

I highly doubt that. I'm a long time SSB 64 fan and from what I've seen and played in Best Buy...it's fairly faster. I don't want a game like this to be too fast like melee when half the time you don't even know what's going on.

I never played the previous SSB's, but I'm thouroughly enjoying this one. I just wish I could disable jumping with the thumbstick on the classic controller, because I use a button to jump and keep double jumping by accident, heh.

I like it faster , you like it slower, different tastes. But for me brawl is less fun.

I don't get what you are saying, "brawl way better mele is crazy" are you saying melee is good or bad. "Compared to melee its 'j'ust crap." You are saying brawl is crap. "gen title" last or pesent gen, please be more specific

I've looked and there's no options for changing how the analog sticks work.

well stop comparing it to meele, its not the same game, the whole fighting system has been changed, its not like they too thefighting system from meele, added characters and made it slower, sure they are simiular, but its a whole new fighting system, and about characters being hard to knock off, its been stated in many articles, that this game is more focusede on air combat, meaning your gunna have to take risk and jump off the stage to try and get some KO's.

Options > Controls > Pick your name > Pick the classic controller > then in the top right corner, turn tap jump to off

I have to compare it to melee because brawl is the sequel. My main problem with brawl is thats its slower, and therefore less fun.

Actually i think SSB is faster than melee, i remember use to hate melee because i found it slower than the N64 version, its because the moves reacted quicker, and was more simple. I remember because fox was my Fave char and i use to roll all over the place. The gamecube one was slower, it has to be, because that was the reason i disliked it..

I like that its back to being more slow paced like the N64 version. Also the characters are better balanced in brawl than melee
