Brightness setting?

The lowest brightness, because I want to preserve energy, and the brightest of the brightest makes my eyes cry.Lance_C

I play on the lowest too. It preserves energy, and it's bright enogh to play. Although some people have said it's weird and doesn't look as good, I don;t really mind, unless I specifically play on low and switch to a brighter one....it really makes a difference XD, but you won'y be bothered by it unless, as I stated before, compare them

Same here. But I usually do up the brightness when I play in a car

i play on the lowest. the brightest just burns through my eyes. Plus the lowest saves energy and power

I wish the DS Lite had the option to turn the backlight off altogether, much like the GBA SP. I like to play with zero visibility, knowing that my battery life is better than yours.DSfanatic5

Saves battery life(a lot). Also, the highest is just too bright.

The lowest setting, mainly because I want to conserve energy; but also because my eyes have become so adjusted to that level. I usually won`t tinker with the setting unless I play my DS outside which seldom happens.

I use the lowest, i dont have time to charge cause im always away from home, i can charge it only at nights. So i can play more and more. (really more, it takes about 10hrs)
