Just call Nintendo.

I have 2 disks and I inserted them In correctly. Before I call Nintendo, is there any way I can fix it?

There wont be a way to fix it besides a repair or a replacement. Just call nintendo.

The same thing is happening to me. I guess we should just call Nintendo because I have literally tried everything to fix it my self. Trust me don't waste anymore time.
