Buying a Wii before Smash Bros is released...?

Ok, Simple question, what are the odds of getting a Wii before or around the release of Smash Bros? I just want the console, not one of the expensive bundles.

Do people know if Nintendo will have sorted their manufacturing by then or is there still going to be issues well into next year?

Yeah, I was kinda hoping by then that it would all be cleared up and their would *maybe* be a surplus and it would just be a matter of walking in one day and grabbing one.

If you're really serious about getting one, many sites have email notifications to let you know when they have stock.

Might as well get it asap if you plan on getting it anyway. I don't see the price dropping anytime soon. Of course I'm not a fortune teller! :)

I would say wait until after. You never know, they may cancel the game... Then what will you do.

Best Buy and Circuit City usually dont sell them in bundles. Also Radioshack might be selling wii's... Im not sure.

call ur local store for info when they get shipments of wii...i think its always sunday mornings..nkair23

Where I am they won't give any information of wii shipments because trucks have be robbed at gun point.
