So currently i have a Xbox 360, but I am getting a little tired and want a change. Wii looks like the way to go. A few questions....

It does have an ethernet port, right? Because i dont have wifi in my room.
What games besides Twilight princess should i buy.
Any accessories that would be recommended?
I will have LOTS of trade in money to spend at gamespot.

Thanks in advance..

It doesn't have an Ethernet port, you'll need the LAN adapter if you don't have Wifi. Check the game recommendation sticky. Accessories? Umm, I can't really think of any off the top of my head. :? Wii has some great games coming soon so now is a great time to buy one.

well first you do not need to directly connect the wii to a router like you have to with a 360. you can just to it wirelessly. game wise zelda is a must have, mario will be coming out in a little. Im not sure what games you like though. accesories, i would make sure that you have multiple sets of wiimotes and nunchucks since it is so fun to play with groups. I would also suggest the wii zapper that is coming out november 19th i believe. (not 100% sure). But if you are looking for change, this is definitley the way to go.

You need a LAN Adapter that Nintendo sells to use ethernet, like what I'm doing, and it doesn't cost too much. Kinda wish they just built in the ethernet port in the first place.

Games to buy besides TP would be RE4 and Super Swing Golf if your into that sort of thing. As far as accessories... if you like playing older games, get the Virtual Console controller but besides that I can't think of anything.

Oh yeah, be sure to get some rechargeable batteries.

He said that he doesn't have wifi so he can't do it wirelessly. You'll need to get the LAN Adaptor.

I highly recommend picking up Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3 Corruption, and either RE4 or SPM. All of these are absolute masterpieces.

You need the LAN adapter, it does not have an ethernet port.
Metroid Prime 3, Mario Strikers: Charged, RE4:WE, Zack and Wiki, and Super mario galaxy are some of the obvious choices
Accessories? extra wiimote+nunchuk, LAN adapter (assuming you'll want wifi), Wii Points if you want virtual console games, C1assic controller or gamecube controller if you want to play them

Basically what everyone else has said. Lan Adapter (about $25 on nintendo.com), Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, Super Paper Mario, Resident Evil 4. Also if you don't have a GC, pick up a GC memory card a WaveBird controller and some GC games that you might want to try (they are cheap games, usually around $10)
