No. Don't see it happening. Then again I never saw GTA: Chinatown Wars coming for the DS, and that game was amazing, so you never know.

Not. A. Chance. For some bizarre reason, publishers are giving the Wii the cold shoulder already in regards to established big name titles, so seeing GTA coming for the system appears to be the opposite of almost everything that has happened with the system thus far. Combine that will this "no Mature games can sell well" theory and the performance of Chinatown Wars on the DS, which in reality, shouldn't count as much as it does, and you have more than enough 'reasons' to deliberately keep the series away from the Wii.

Not that I'm complaining about it not showing up... :P

The GTA games are just horrible in terms of the bad reputation they're giving the gaming industry; just plain and simple fact. The Wii is much better off without it.

There's a GTA for the DS, so it could be a possibility.

I really don't care GTA IV got great reviews, but if you talk to anybody who has it it REALLY didn't live up to the reviews... it was actually extremely boring, and very very slow. I do have it btw, and couldn't even be bothered to finish it

I would like to see a GTA for the Wii since I don't have an Xbox or PS3, but I don't think it will happen.

Well Bully:Scholarship Edition came out on the Wii so we know they have the last gen engine running on the Wii. Porting the last gen versions shouldn't be too hard. I could see a San Andreas Stories being ported to the Wii but it's not terribly likely.

I would love an all original Grand Theft Auto made for the Wii using an updated version of the Bully engine that uses cell-shaded graphics. I would also be very happy with a boxed collection set of GTA 3, GTA: Vice City, and GTA: San Andreas. Heck they could through GTA: Liberty City Stories and GTA: Vice City Stories and make it a 5 disc Collectors set.

Maybe, & I'll leave it at that. It could & should happen, but with the sales for the DS, it's really iffy now. But I would kinda like to see the most is for GTA GBA & DS to be remade (and in GBA version's case digitally remastered). Like they did for Vice City& Liberty City games, PSP to PS2. But to be honest I would be happy to see the original 3D trilogy for the Wii. I wouldn't mind fora 5 disc set, but then Rockstar may have to do the same for the 2 stories games for X-Box, but then again I'm a little disappointed that they made the episodes for X-Box 360 exclusively, when I already got the PS3 version, & those systems & games ain't exactly cheap mind you... Not that I wouldn't mind getting X360, it just adds up after awhile.

Anything is possible. It would be a smart move for them to do it because it's already it's own brand and wouldn't have as hard a time selling on a wii as some of the newer IPs that we're seeing.
