Can anyone confirm a $170 price tag now?

We all read the article that Walmart will be starting the 170 price early on Aug the 9th. I am just wondering if anyone has seen the price out anywhere as of now. I have heard Costco is doing the 170 price, but I cannot confirm this.

yes it is comfirmed and its already on sale. walmart.com shows limited availabity. idk how i can prove to toysrus this is on sale at walmart

Well Amazon does have it officially listed at it's new price-point (and I assume it has since the announcement) and though it still has it slated for the 8/12 release date--you can preorder it from them now.

Bought it for $170 at a Walmart in Austin, TX this morning (although the price sticker still said $250). Blogged about it here:
