can I charge my ds lite on my laptop?

I was wondering if there are cables that can charge a ds lite on a computer/a laptop through a usb cable. are there any good ones?

I know there are cables to charge them in your car, but not a laptop. Why would you want to do that anyway? Doesn't your laptop need juice as well...
