Officially no. The license for the games is only for one Wii. If you linked your other Wii to a club Nintendo account it gives Nintendo a record of what you download and they can use it to transfer from one Wii to another. This is pretty much only done for broken Wii's though. It might be possible to call Nintendo and ship both Wiis out for a transfer, but I don't know if they would do that and it would be a pretty huge pain.I use to have a Wii before and i downloaded alot of stuff and well i was gonna get the black Wii but im not sure if i can download my stuff agian on that console? That doesn't work. That Wii won't load games from another Wii. The games would have had to be bought on the Wii its being played on.No, unless you put your games on an SD Card (legally) and stick it in the other wii and run it from there.

that is not a problem with download only gaming since Sony fixed this issue by giving you a 5 licenses for you to share with all yours consoles. And steam has made this a non-issue when you can play and download on any PC the game as long as you log in. is more a nintendo issue than a download-only gaming oneAnd some people still question why I'm 100% against the mere concept of download-only gaming...

you only would be able to if you had the serial number to your old wii and called nintendo maybe theyll let you tranfser the stuff to the new wii that is of course if you linked it to your my nintendo account./clubnintendo account, ,
other then that no , there is not much you can do ,,

I'm gonna have to agree with ropumar on this one, it really is more of a nintendo only issue,AND it involves an online feature who would have thunk?!
But yeah on the 360 and PS3 I never ran into this issue, simply recover your gamertag in a couple minutes or link accounts for each system respectively, and for PC simply log into steam and your good!
I expect nintendo will fix this problem and catch up when they update their online system (or redo completely) for the next gen.
As for the whole download vs hard copy debate, I have a huge library of hardcopys going back to the atari and while I've never ever had a single problem playing a dl game I've had more than I can count trying to play my oldies! I think damaging a game disc or cart is MUCH more likely to happen than your dl games servers permanetly going down so you cant re-download it, in which case you should have it already safely downloaded and stored on a console/HDD anyways! Thats my quick 2 cents on that whole issue :)
