exchange his ds lite for a new 1. he was playing his ds before class and his teacher tried to take it away by pulling the top screen but it came off. so his dad super glued it backtogether, halleluia! it worked! just one problem... they had to glue the R button in order to fix it. they thought it would still work if they put a bit of glue on the top but you cant even push it down! so can u like return it or did gluing it avoid the warranty?
yeah.. but then again, I have a gamestore clerk whose real nice and helpful and would probably let me return it, so you might try and do that, or find an especialy nooby clerk who has no idea about it. Or you could say that the warrenty covers that, and he wont want to look it up, and he'll replace it.
Tell him to have the teacher pay for it, or he will take her to court. If he isn't willing to do one of those 2 things, then tell him to suck it up and press on. Oh and also tell him to get a backbone if he isn't willing to do either and he deserves what he gets if he doesn't stand up for himself, but trust me, the world isn't going to stand up for him.
AAAHHHH! I would be so mad! Your cousin should make the teacher pay for it! His parents should complain if he doesn't get anywhere with the teacher.....however.....I don't want to sound like a parent...but he shouldn't have taken it to school in the first place.......
if he got it form gamestop or eb its so easy i have returned 5 for new ones when there is just the tiniest problem. just say that when your playing iit sometimes it will just shut off or every once and a while there willl be a line across the screen when it turns on
