iF you go to mii parade it will show your Wiis friends' miis that have mingle turned on walking past the screen. only your friends miis that have mingle on though, no random peoples miis though
From the people that are in the parade from your friends console,, you can add them to you Mii's. Just like the Mii channel where you can download other Mii's people created. They will now be on your console but I don't belive you can modify them.
