It's probably still too early for a walkthrough for this game, but you can always go to Gamespot's Mushroom Men forum and ask for help there.

If you didn't get your answer over there, why would you get one here? Not many people own this game. I suggest you search through the level, talking to other characters, looking for secret areas, etc., in order to find the combo. Unless they made a terrible design choice, the combination will be around the level somewhere. Just find it.
