Not sure how that differs from your original question. Nintendo has a no patch policy so no it is not possible otherwise I suspect they would have patched the Conduit to cure the Multi Player bugs.
Not possible or else Rock Band 1 could be patched to allow DLC or Rock Band 2 could be patched to allow 32GB SD cards or the past music games could be patched to allow instrument compatibility.
