Can you connect the DS to the Wii?

Is it possible to connect the DS to the Wii and if so, how do you do it? Would I need a wifi connecter to connect the two?

Yes it is possible

Right now as the other member stated there's only Pokemon that links between the two (you import the Pokemans from the DS to the Wii) but there's also going to be a channel on the Wii that lets you download demos instead of having to go to the store to do it.

You need your Wii connected to the internet but you don't need anything else to connect the Wii and the DS
