Pissing you off? Hmph, all that must be done to get rid of it is a simple press of the button or a simply tap to the touch screen, is that too much to ask? Hardly a bother.PlatyphyllumDitto,i mean it must take only 1.64 Seconds to tap the screen or press a button

there is a way but it involves illegal means so i cant saySirPokeAlotThe means are not "illegal", GameSpot just doesn't want it discussed on these boards. GameSpot does not control law, just what gets deleted from here. BTW, I think they're going overboard with deleting these messages, I don't remember them ever being so bad. They should lighten up, me thinks. The start up screen isn't supposed to be a big problem anyway, one button press and it's gone. Yes, it's possible to remove it but the process is a little bit difficult and can be dangerous for your DS.
Theres no legal way to do it, as stated before. Its in place to ensure people who use it are safe, and so nintendo doesn't get sued. Its just a matter of tapping the screen or a button, its not that hard to do.
it's not that it make me mad i see no point to it and i wolud like to have it gone so can some one send me an email on how?No point? The point is so Nintendo doesn't get tons of lawsuits. People do the most stupid things (or simply lack common sense) these days like sticking the stylus up their nose or stabbing their eyes with it, if that health warning wasn't there with every single start-up, Nintendo would be charged fines for having "dangerous" products (I honestly think the people who are actually doing stupid stuff with the stylus should be charged for INCREDIBLE lack of common sense for their own good though) and if Nintendo got charged, let's say every week, they would go bankrupt eventually and voila, no DS. No Nintendo, the gaming world would be swarmed by Sony and Microsoft fanboys who will argue over trivial things like "what system has the best graphics" and "which system has the most M rated games" (not all of them though)
