I must say Carnival games for the ds is pretty dissapointing. It's not that it didn't translate well to a handheld, it does, it's just not executed very good. The way you play some games is just weird. In the dunk tank, you must trace a line from you to the guy sitting on top of the dunk tank. The ball hitting the target is based on how fast you trace the line, and how accurate you trace it, so if you're slightly off, you're not hitting it. the games are also quite difficult, you need to get really good scores, and be quick.

Carnival games is one of my favorites for the wii, but on the ds, it's not good.

There's also not a huge incentive to keep playing the game. Character customization is pretty useless, just like in the wii version, but you still like to unlock thing. It's much easier to unlock stuff in the wii version, and more fun.

Why don't you write a review? That would translate pretty well into review form if you flesh it out a little bit.

It had a demo on the Wii's Nintendo Channel. Not awful, but definitely not worth like $30.
