My dad bout Carnival Games today and i have a family of 4. Is there a way to play multi-player with 2 remotes like wii sports? Or will i have to buy more remotes =[

Look on the back of the box and see if it shows more than one wii mote.

You can either have all people playing with their own wiimotes, or have all playing, sharing one wiimote. The option is there in the game and you'll have to pick, either way, before playing.
