I saw Pikmin on a 3DS hands-on video. is it possible? My brother is looking it up, and apparently some major Nintendo guy said that it was well underway, but only for the Wii. I hope it's for Nintendo 3DS too, but it might be a problem with the small screen. I am a huuuuuuuuge fan of Pikmin and Luigi's Mansion, and I'm hoping both of them achieve sequels soon! (Pikmin 3)
Shigeru Miyamoto is finishing up Pikmin 3 and wants to work on a new IP. I don't think the franchise will die, so having it on the 3DS would be a good idea.

Pikmin 3 has been in devolpment for a long time, he also mention that the series would benifit from HD
I think we will see it on both systems and will interact with one another, like transfer pikmin from 3ds to wii and so forth, like pokemon, it does that right?
It would be terrible on a handheld. You wouldn't be able to have much pikmin and also the pikmin would be much smaller and everything would be far less detailed.

That's true! I just want it on the Wii, and hopefully by next year? That games gonna be huge! I just started playing Pikmin 2 again..truly a classic!
I completely agree, but I wonder if I was missing something and did not give it long enough. Wasn't it more or less a slow, easy, boring, RTS (which is a genre I am already not too big on)?

When I first saw Pikmin on the GCN I hate it. It had to grow on me. I bought it on New Play Control, and now its one of my favorite games of all time.
