Change friend codes to gamertags

Nitendo should make the smart decision and make the Wii have gamertags or ID's like the 360

friend codes are longer are anoying u cant remember them and u dont carry it around in ur pocket

gamertags are easy to remember much shorter than friend codes

and u also have a different code for each game and with a gamertag u just have one for everything

and also it is hardeer for friends to play on the wii because you have to wait for registration to play that means u both have to b on at the same time and both have to have eachothers codes in

Just think about it you have a friends list for everything not for certain games you dont have long and anoying codes and how much easier it would be to play wit ur friends

they dont need to be called gamertags they can call them Wii ID's

Dude, stop complaining. Wii Friends Codes are fine. If you want friends then message people on Gamespot. Ask them for theirs and give them yours. It's twelve numbers. Of course it's gunna be difficult. But use resources. Paper and Pencil? Cell Phone? Text on computer? I don't think it takes much to take a picture of your friend code on your phone. That was you always have it on you. It's not hard and it's already been like this for two years. I'm use to it. It doesn't bother me.

I get what he's saying though. If we could get something similiar to gamertags, it would be easier to communicate to friends. But at this point, the Wii's online is so vastly different from the other consoles that we would be making a pretty dramatic change.NALDOxCORE

Gamertags type of style would be nice, but a unverisal friend code would be even better. Asking your friend for thier Wii, SSBB, MKW ,Endless Ocean code, GH3 is kinda annoying
