Character design in Black/White?

What do you think of the character designs in Black/White? I find that the main protagonist, along with his two friends, look ridiculous... but that's just my opinion. Just started and the game is great otherwise. Chose grass for the first time as Snivy's evolutionis like dragonoir, but grass. :3

There's nothing wrong with the character design. They look great actually.

I agree that the two friends look pretty ridiculous, especially the guy with the cowlick, but the protaganist designs look fine to me ( even if the boy is a little generic looking)

The only thing I disagree with is the girl protagonist's pants. Cheren and Belle (I mean Bianca) look perfectly fine to me. And the characters are supposed to be older this time around.

i dont like the looks of almost anybody in the game... good thing i dont have to look at them. from the pixalated forms, they look the same as any other pokemon character ever :D

They look better than diamond/pearl. I think your just afraid of change.

They are the best designs ever in my opinion. Not too flashy like the white hair guy of RSE, and not too ridiculous like the painter hat guy from DPP.

But for the gym leaders, E4 and Champion... not so much. Just a couple ones.

I love the new designs for the boy or girl you play as. They're much older looking which is a fresh breeze compared to the young, pre-teen apperance, the other Pokemon games had. However, I'm not totally hooked on the new designs for the pokemon. I only like a few of the designs, but, its understandable, that they may be running out of ideas, after all, the Pokemon franchise has been here for a hell of a long time. This game is probably my second favourite game of the franchise. Nothing can top the Kanto region, in my opinion. :). My friend code is 0690 4493 9809. Feel free to post yours too.
