Charizard Question

I'm settting up my pokemon team and I have already ev trained my vaporeon in defence and hp, and my zoroark in Attack and speed. Now i want to train my Charmander. I was thinking Special Attack and I am not sure if I should train in defence or just regular attack.

you should get a charmander with a modest nature and train it in sp attack and speed....and would you happen to have any extra power items and/or pokemon with pkrs your willing to trade for

Nah, I dont have any power items, just the macho brace. I'm gonna stick w/ my charmeleon right now because he has the nature that has no increase or decrease stats on it.
