Ok, I was wondering where I could get some Ds games that are less than 30$. Seems like all the titles are $35-$40...I would never pay that for a handheld game...never. Any place online that has some? i dont care if they are used

Yeah they are kind of a ripoff...the lesser known titles are usually cheaper but ones like SMB, Nintendogs and all that are overpriced.
Just ALWAYS be on the lookout for sales. I have never paid full price for a game except on two occasions. You can also try cheapassgamer.com
The deal over at Best Buy for GTA Chinatown Wars is a pretty good deal. Although I'm not too sure as to when the sale ends.
What the hell is the matter with you?If your looking for a cheap way to have lots of games movies music and other apps you should check out www.acekard.com, you can get this and an sd card and then you dont have to pay for another game ever again.

Being a PSP owner first, when I bought my DS, I was pretty dissappointed at the high game prices. I originally though Wii games are cheaper then PS3 games, so DS games must be cheaper then PSP games - boy was I wrong. First-party games like Mario are even worse when it comes to finding a bargain. I was tempted to buy a used copy of New Super Mario Bros. for $28 (all figures Canadian), which retails new for $40 before smacking myself in the head (I have a no portable game above $25 rule that I've only broken 3 times, all for Final Fantasy games)
I'm a big bargain hunter, and keep track of my games and prices I pay for them. My PSP games (about 22 of them) cost on average $17, while my DS games (about 10 of them) cost $21 on average. Take your time and search around for the best prices. A couple tips:
1. Search around for the best deal - this is a simple one, but always remember that the best places to buy games are places that aren't as known for video games. What I mean by this is department stores - they don't know the "value" of some video games, and with a little time and effort, you'll be able to find some gems in thier discount bin.
2. Buy used games - unless you MUST get that game new (ie, Chrono Trigger), used games the the exact same job, for a cheaper price
3. Search your local "classified advertisements," like Kijiji or Craigslist or eBay - You'll definitely find the cheapest prices here.
4. Buy online - Buying online removes the Brick and Mortar store costs, resulting in generally cheaper prices. Amazon is the standard, and it only gets cheaper from there.
5. Keep track of store promotions - EB Games always has monthly promotions you can take advantage of, like the trade-in-3-get-1-free promo
6. Trade-in or Sell your used games - Do you need to keep EVERY game you've purchased? I certainly don't, and sure wouldn't mind liquidizing it. EB Games and local classifieds like Kijiji and Craigslist are your best bet.
7. WAIT. Don't buy new release games, unless you MUST get that game now. Portable games drop in price like a rock 3 or 4 months later.
Hope that helps!
