That essentially applies to every game. Its all about licensing and copyright issues.
Still got it on the snes, got it on the PS1, and if it comes to VC I'mma get it on that too. Favorite RPG of all time, this game was the one that made me love rpgs.
Chrono Trigger on the Wii will definitely bring a lot of new fans, i'm sure if they see a lot of interest in the game they might do a remake or a sequal

The copyright thing is likely an obstacle. The Chrono team is not even with Square-Enix anymore. The Chrono team is now known as Mistwalker with Sagakuchi as head of it. The same team that is making Blue Dragon and ASH on DS. There's rumours Square might sell the franchise to them.
If Square is 100% owner of it and doesn't attend to sell it, now the game will be available on the VC. Seriously, I want the SNES version not the PS version.

You have to be a certain level before you can edit certain articles. Also, they've done several studies comparing Wiki to credited encyclopedias and have found them to be very close on accuracy. it was never released in Europe, so it won't come. If they bring Chrono Trigger there might be a chance that they will bring Terranigma, which was never released in the US. that way it's kinda even.
