This game is like super good, it makes me put down my other ds games just to play this game its magnificent im not done with it and i hope its long its too damn good loll going from super past to super future is rly fun and it makes wanna know where u'll end up next i wish there was wifi it would make it one of the best ds games ever even though it is basically already the bestsnowman711Crack= illegal (As far I know). If Chrono trigger=crack, Chrono trigger=illegal. (LOL) Seriously though, I've heard the game is good and I really want to play it!

I got it also and i'm loving it. Better than Final Fantasy III & IV (although they're really good also)
[QUOTE="Penalty_of_Hero"]Really exellent game, and I don't really play RPG *lol. I would ate this to one, if not the best game on the DS :)canary7A lot of people on here suggest it for beginners...
How does that make it any less of a great game? I recommend it for people new to the genre mostly because it has one of the most fun turn-based battle systems in the genre (to me, anyway), a rather unique, compelling story, and excellent replay value, with New Game+...
If you want to interest someone in a particular genre, wouldn't you suggest the best game in that genre, in your opinion?
i just got it
i tried to go back and play the rom i beat a few yrs ago, but it's really hard at that last boss.. i'm just upset because i never beat the game with chrono alive in my party
i'll start over from scratch now on the ds, but i still have mother 3 on my plate

I didn't say it was a bad game.I've already played it through twice to the Zeal Kingdom. I accidentally deleted my file at the Golem Sisters and had to start again. The story is captivating! Never played the original.
BTW, what was Chrono Cross like?
meh this game is freaking hard imo so i traded mine for cod wawFILIPINOMAZTERlol? Freaking hard? Sorry, i have to strongly disagree. This game seems to be even easier than the SNES version. FFIII was hard, FFIV was hard, chrono trigger = hard? Then you're not even trying. =P; I'm sorry if i offended you, but that's the truth. XD
Technically, can RPG's be hard?
You find something hard, go do some levelling up. Sure it's a pain, but it eases your quest.
As many have put it, it's a timeless adventure that will never grow tiresome. Some of the most well-balanced gameplay in RPG history. Wonderful story and a great cast of characters that you grow attached to over time, along with a soundtrack that sounds beautiful even by today standards. And that's really saying something, seeing as how many games include full blown orchestras and still can't compete!
Chrono Trigger holds something special for those who've played it or have yet to try it. It's a journey that shouldn't be missed!

Awesome game! I remember playing through it when it came out on the snes and have finished it recently on DS. I really didnt think it was too hard at all seeing ya just fight till u have levelled up bigtimeand stock up on healing packs. Still a great story too!

Well said:D
Chrono Cross is a love or hate game. Personally I think its one of the best games but many disagree. I also played it before Chrono Trigger and before I even knew CT existed. Unfortunately for me I was not able to beat Chrono Cross at that time because I had rented it, then I played CT and loved that game too but I never completed it either. Now I own both games and I must say I liked Chrono Cross better(partly due to nostalgia), but a heads up for u if u dont know, The two game are almost completely different and the only thing they share is the story.I've already played it through twice to the Zeal Kingdom. I accidentally deleted my file at the Golem Sisters and had to start again. The story is captivating! Never played the original.
