I am buying a wii and I will eventually buy either some VC games and I need to know which controller to get.

Also will games like SSBB carry the Classic controller?

Also, what games now other than VC's use the classic ?

get a CC. SSBB has not been detailed enough for us to know which controller we are going to use.

So far only the Gamecube controller has been confirmed but I bet it'll use both

Depends if you want Gamecube games, they wont work with the Classic Controller

I agree. Get the classic controller. I believe that if SSBB will be played with the GC controller, the classic controller will be another option to play the game with.

I think they take up about 80-120 space my games took like 90-100 space i got 3...

And btw get a GC controller because it can play pretty much all VC games and play gamecube games...so it can save some money, plus the CC uses up the batteries in the wii-remote.

Hey, a Game Cube controller is way cheaper and works just as well. Save your money for a new game, like Super Paper Mario.

The GC controller works well with NES and N64 games, but it's absolute hell with SNES games. Trying to run and jump in Super Mario/Donkey Kong is near impossible with just one thumb (try holding Y and pressing B), so I highly recommend the Classic Controller. The CC is great for everything except GC games, which, obviously, requires the GC controller.

In addition the classic controller il semi-wireless. It's wired, but to the wiimote, so you can move it away from the wii a lot more than the game cube controller.

All that stopped me from buying the classic controller was how it connects to the Wii remote. If they would release one that plugs into the GC port I would pick one up. Until that happens I'll stick with the GC controller.

I love the CC controller, it was way worth it for me. My only complant is the D-Pad should've been raised a bit more.
