Rayman.

That sole title made the DSi Shop worthy of my praise.

So you're getting another DS Phat? I would atleast get a DS Lite if you don't want a DSi...and I recommend a DSi over anything else.

The DSi does have the online DSi Shop, where it's pretty much like the PSP's PSN Store. Only difference is that old classics aren't available, only DSi Exclusives are. They might bring some oldies games later on though.

Yeah that's the one big disappointment I have found with the DSi. Unfortunately, Nintendo seems to be lagging behind Sony and Microsoft when it comes to online downloads and the only way you're gonna get to play classics with a DSi is to keep a DS lite also or have a GBA.

I think the Wii has a better store than the PS3 or the 360. I hate how the PSP and PS3 have the same store.

But on topic the "DS2" likely coming out in the not to distant future would suggest that no major new features will be added to the DSi. As I said before I thought they would add it origanly but thats clearly not happening now. You can play Rayman and Oregon Trail though

Source?

It wouldn't be hard for Nintendo, but I have a feeling they will just wait until their next handheld to release that, so DSi owners have more of a reason to upgrade.
