Here's the thing about Call of Duty 3.. it's graphics are horrible. However, it's gameplay is pretty darn good. The aiming and shooting is very precise, and very fast. It's much more accurate than any other FPS I've played on a console. If you can deal with its ugliness, then CoD3 on the Wii is actually pretty fun.
i heard that vanguard is horrible with all the bugs and stuff, and ive played cod3 on the ps2 and its ok. the multi sucked but the campaign was ok. id suggest getting cod3
neither is that bad, but i suggest COD 3 because even though MOH:V had the visuals, thats all it's got. plus it is really short. (i've beat each a few times)
COD 3. dont make the mistake of buying that piece of crap vanguard. go for cod3. check the review. cod got what 7.8 . Now go check vanguard :D surprise surprise we have a winner
don't listen to the pig, FPSs on wii are innately more fun than with dual analogs, only thing that feels better is mouse and keybard. i'm a big PC FPS fan, and i prefer red steel over some of the stuff i've played on other systems (resistance comes to mind)
I'd suggest waiting for Metroid. CoD3 is not worth the money because it only has its campaign mode. Not even split screen multi. Vanguard is from an inferior series and still show that with Vanguard being the inferior game.
I would chose COD3 if I were you. Between Vanguard and COD3, Call of Duty is more polished and lasts longer. If, however, you're looking for a FPS with multiplayer for the Wii then Vanguard is your only real choice at the moment. So...go ahead and get COD3 now, but be sure and get ahold of Metroid Prime 3 when it comes out.
ok every one that said that COD# sucked Is on crack! I have the game and it is one of the most intense shooters I've played on the wii. and this friday I got vanguard and I beat the game on easy in less than 2.5 hrs! I would recomed that you get COD3 if you like shooters. Go for COD3.
