That's an impressive goal. The main technical problem with building a console that can play every game is that it will either have to have every console's hardware built into it, or it will have to be super-fast enough to emulate every console. If you can jump the technical hurdles, then you'll have to face legal hurdles, because console makers will want you to pay them licensing fees, and if you don't, they'll use software and hardware tricks to make their games unplayable on your super-console. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's going to be a huge challenge.
