I just got the wii for Christmas. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE IT. But I noticed that the games that they offer on the virtual console are pretty wimpy. The wii has been out for like, a year and they can't do any better?!

I STRONGLY recommend Games such as Harvest Moon and some more Zelda Games.

Anyone Agree?

The VC games are old school, their not new IPs. So if you did not had a NES in the 80s you are not going to like these games. The new IPs are in 2008. For me I love these games because it puts me back when I was a kid. I started playing when I was 5 and now I am 24.

Welcome to the forum, now to your question

Super Mario 1, 2, and 3.

Paper Mario

Zelda, Link to the Past, OOT

Metroid and Super Metroid

Sonic 1, 2, and 3

Etc etc etc..........

I'm past confused.

You know that there's more games past the three that were released this week right?

You'll never see Banjo Kazooie games (the rights are owned by Rare, which is now owned by Microsoft and even making Banjo-Threeie for the 360).

Donkey Kong 64 is definitely a possibility, however.

It's a certainty, the only question is when.

When you shut up!!!

Nah, I kid. This guy's alright!

Actually, if Microsoft wanted people to buy the upcoming Banjo Three-ie (or whatever they're calling it), a good way to advertise it would be to let Nintendo have Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie on the VC.

People will download them, remember how great they were, and go out and buy a 360 so they can play the new one. It's genius, if you ask me.

If they released all the games everyone wants right away, then they'd get people to lose interest in the shop channel after buying everything right away.
