[QUOTE="pro_gamer12345"]But the thing is... what do they expect for the holiday season? WII music.. you got to be kidding me. Tuky06Well, you can play jingle bells in christma's eve... I know, this kinda sucks.
you never nintendo, they might just announce star fox or F-zero at another convention or private event. I doubt they will but they seem to do w/e they want these days
People seem to focus too much on the future than the present. TC, please realize that right now, wii has nothing worth mentioning for this holiday season other than AC.
Last year's E3 was forgivable because we knew we're getting stuff like battalion wars, fire emblem, zack and wiki and of course Galaxy and Brawl.
this year though? We get to enjoy our mom playing the salsa on the wii-maracas :P
Wii Music didnt impress me at all, and Im sure I'll be satisfied with a 360.
But Im waiting till tomorrow before i sell.

You still have SSBB, MKand countless other Wii titles with infinite replay value. The third party support is actually good, I'm mainly getting third party games the rest of the year.
Not to mension Wario Land, Fatal Frame 4 and Animal Crossing are coming out.
edit: All I'm saying is are you really done playing SSBB or Mario Kart and have you looked at the third party games? The Conduit and COD5 along with many other third party games look great.

COD5 is most likely a ps2 port and does the conduit even have a release date?

wow, it might actually be good then :). sorry about the misjudgement, the wii has a tendency to get ports of those games
I'm not overly jazzed about E3, though I was pleased with Wii Motion Plus and Wii Speak, however game wise Nintendo seemed to just tease about what is to come, confirming Pikmin, a new Zelda, and a new Mario, but with no mention or showing off of Star Fox or any of the already mentioned games. I feel left out but I know there is plenty of third party support picking up, I just wished Nintendo gave me something more this E3, a game that I can truly get excited about, the way I did with Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Mario Kart Wii. This year I don't really have that from Nintendo, sure I'll pick up Animal Crossing, but it won't be like getting a truly serious game.
Definitely not as disappointed as others might have been, but this wasn't the E3 I had in mind from Nintendo after listening to Reggie talk it up a few months ago. I've been supporting Nintendo from the very start and I won't turn my back on them, but still I can't but help to feel they left something out, my only hope is that they are sticking it to E3 and we'll see some serious news in the upcoming events later this year. Until then, guess just make do with what I have and hope to hear... no SEE more from the games I mention above.

lol I just sold my Wii and got me a PS3. I did it because there was no good games I was looking forward to in 2008 and I didn't want to be bored for the rest of 2008 so i sold that thing. Plus the PS3 has many games I am looking to in 2008 and games I already missed out on so I am going to need some catching up to do. I just bought COD4 today and that game is amazing. I am also hoping to buy Uncharted tomorrow.
